Are you using the heavy duty setting on the dial? If you are then read your hand book. Heavy duty cycle will wash for a few minutes then stop with the light flashing & soak the clothes for 6 minutes then it will resume the washing cycle. Just leave it to do it's thing by itself. If you are not using heavy duty cycle then count the number of times the light flashes & post it back here & I will look up the error code. Other than that go back to the shop as it is under warranty. Be aware though that they may charge you for a call out if it turns out to be user error & not a machine fault. So check everything else first.
