How do i fix my mikomi speakers, model no. S820-010?

How do i fix my mikomi speakers, model no. S820-010
when i first bought them i managed to connect them without a problem. but for some reasons thay are not working no more. they switch on but the computer reads a message saying there is no device attatched.
can someone help me please, as the speakers came without a cd.
