The drive on my kirby Ultimate G series is not working. Is there a way to adjust or fix this?

No, you need to take it to your nearest Kirby dealer...they MAY still honor it under warranty. I can get you another transmission for less than they can if you have someone that can install it. Contact me through ebay messaging if you need any more help.
