I have a Kirby Ultimate G Vaccuum which needs a belt. We cannot figure out ?

Put belt lifter in front of nozzle to 'belt on' position. Put replacement belt onto brush roller. Fit brushroller into nozzle. Looking through the hole in th nozzle, turn lifter toward 'belt off' position, paying attention to the inside, making sure the hook on lifter catches the belt. Put bottom plate on nozzle. Put nozzle onto machine, and tighten town the lever, just above the nozzle. Now turn the lifter to the 'belt on' position. Belt should now be set and ready to go.
