what is the matter with my washing machine beko wma 1512s?

could anyone help me please i need to know what wrong with my washing machine, when i put it on a cycle eg, program 5 to do a 40 wash it is just clicking past all the programs and sometimes it spinning sometimes it dosnt so when the cycle is finished the drum still has water in it so when i open the door the water pours out thinking it has done the cycle but it hasnt. Ive just put it on a 60 wash and the glass on the door is freezing cold dosnt seem like its heating up. Please help me

did you find out the fault only I am having the same problems with ours? We have been advised to clean out the pipes as may have a coin in that is what is preventing it from emptying and also programme from running....

Ive been having the same problem as far as when i put it on a number 5 wash it keeps clicking past it then doesnt do much....sometimes it spins and sometimes not. Ihave the same machine as you and was wondering if you found a solution. Im really confused about this. Any other contributions would be appreciated.
