Mend Beko WME7247W Drum Wont Turn

the drum won't turn - how do I fix it?

i have a beko wme7247w washing machine. it is 2 years old The drum isn't turning. could this be caused by a blockage in the pump? Can you suggest what may be he cause and how to fix it? thanks
