Mend Hoover HD8KG Sensor Drying Cycle

Hoover Sensor Dry Vision HD 8kg drier?

I have a hoover Sensor Dry Vision HD 8kg drier and the cycle is not starting, only the start light flashes. I cleaned out the filter and vacuumed out the slot, but it didn't adequately dry the load. It will now not start the cycle again
