Dimplex optimist fan?

I have a Dimplex Brookline optimist fire, model BKL20, Series D1100582.
The fan has stopped working, there is no power supply to the fan, no misting, checked the using alternative supply and it works.
One bulb isn’t working.
Original problem was that the misting/fan didn’t work when cassette was fully pushed in, but worked when not fully inserted.
