Dimplex Storage/convector heater info?

Can anyone help? I've got a dimplex storage/convector heater which has completely stopped working on both...trouble is some wally has painted over all model no's, removed any stickers it should have had from new! Absolutely no idea what model it is? I think it's about 10 years old, can repair men even get parts for one of that age still or should I just hire a crane / mini digger to remove it from my flat? Any help would be much appreciated.
