Dear Sir or Madam
Please can you please arrange a collection of this faulty PVR9200T-G as I need to return it back to you under the Sale of Goods Act for a full refund as I find this Freeview Box not fit for the purpose of the job it’s supposed to do.
I brought a PVR9200T-G direct from you and have been getting some strange problems. I have re-formatted the hard drive on the Freeview Box as your Mr Grant suggested but still keep having problems and can’t see the point in recording programs if you cannot watch them as formatting the hard drive every week wipes them all out. The problems are as listed below:

1. When it is recording a program and I change channels it shows the channel banner at the bottom of the screen but there is no picture, just blank screen and the Freeview Box does not respond to anything, I have to switch off at the 13A plug to restore the Freeview Box.
2. When it is recording a timed program it does not stop at the end of the program and the Freeview Box does not respond to anything, Again I have to switch off at the 13A plug to stop it recording, some 2 hour recordings have lasted over 17 hours.
3. Sometimes when selecting a menu item and I press Exit it takes about 1 min before it clears from the screen.
4. The PVR9200T-G keeps freezing several times as above approx every hour or so and the Freeview Box does not respond to anything, I have to switch off and on at the 13A plug to clear it.
6. The Freeview Box also blanks out the TV screen for a second sometimes for no reason at all and this can happen at any time.
