Mend Renault Trafic 115 Fuel Injectors Replaced

Water in fuel?

Hi , i have a 2009 trafic 115, 76k on clock. Have had all injectors replaced after one bacame stuck due to water build up on top of engine. Van ran ok for few months now has gone into limp mode saying water in fuel. I have noticed slight bubbling on top of injectors. Any advice pleass before i convert it into a BBQ!!
