I WAS DRIVING VAN IT JUST CUT OUT. THE GARAGE HAS HAD IT FOR THREE WEEKS. THEY FITTED NEW GLOW PLUGS, THEY GOT INJECTORS TESTED, THEY SAY 3 WAS FAULTY SO THEY REPLACED THEM, NOW THEY SAY ITS THE FUEL PUMP. WHICH THEY HAVE FITTED TOOK 4 HOURS, THEY NOW ARE HAVING PROBLEMS RECODING THE PUMP I'M TOLD THE COMPUTOR IS NOT WORKING SO THEY CANNOT FINNISH THE JOB.AT A GUESS I RECKON THE BILL IS WELL IN EXCESS OF 1K AND THE VAN STILL ISN'T WORKING.ANY ADVISE.PLEASE
I had the same problems with my van, I had 3 mechanics working on it and after almost rebuilding the engine,fitting a second hand ECU and a lot of time and money,it was the fuel filter that was causing the problem,the van started immediately when the new part was fitted. this fault did not come up on the diagnostic computer.touch wood its driving fine now.
