Mend Hotpoint BHWM129 Wash Complete

Hotpoint BHWM129 During wash cycle starts to bleep?

During the wash cycle starts to bleep every few seconds. Once this starts it usually doesn't complete the cycle but sometimes it will complete a wash cycle (if you leave it long enough!) other times it is necessary to pause the cycle and set it to 'B' to empty and spin to get it to finish.
