Mend Hotpoint BWM129 Washing Machine Fault Water

Washing machine?

I have a fault with my hotpoint washing machine model bwm 129. It starts but does not complete a wash cylce. It does not replace the dirty water with clean. I have to stop the programme and spin to empty.
