It keeps pulling to the left - HELP!?

I've checked all the harnesses, which are all ok. The runners are all straight and properly greased but the damn sleigh still keeps pulling to the left

Takeoff must be within the next hour, otherwise the schedule goes to reindeer poo. HELP!
