CK 236i2 alarm system - beeping after power failure?

HELP!!! We have a CK236i2 alarm system...no instructions left from previous owner (thank you!). We had power failure for 6 hours & when power returned both key pads now continually beep (I mean CONTINUALLY....ALL NIGHT and day!). Have googled the manual but this problem does not appear anywhere. Have tried everything from resetting to pulling out fuses (not a good solution for long term). We do not have the master PIN so shutting down the whole system is also not a great solution. Any other ideas????
