How can I fix my Binatone 3525 phone?

I have the Binatone 3525 corded ad Dect combo phone when I receive a call I can hear the caller but they can not hear me help

Have you tried pressing the 'mute' button during the call to see if it's active? If this is not the cause, take a look at the little hole on the mouthpiece where the microphone is located behind and check it is not blocked with dirt or debris. If you suspect it is, clear the blockage with a suitable implement..
