Leyland DAF 45?

I have bought a Leyland DAF 45 year 2000, that has been converted to a horsebox.
My heater doesn't work regardless of what blower setting you put in on, it doesnt blow out any air I dont think its a fuse as the windscreen wipers work and from reading the manual they are on the same fuse?
My manual says its a tilt cab, but I dont think the cab tilts as the top of the horsebox comes over the top of it so unsure how to access the blower motor to check that. Many thanks
