Mend Steamworks G-1030ST Filter Flashing Reset

how can i fix my steamworks g-1030st steam generator?

i dont get any steam....i have replaced the filter. the filter light is still flashing. i have tried a reset several times. i hear here the pump working. i have tried to unscrew the casing to check for blockages but cant get it off. any ideas on how to add a limescale remover as i think thats my last option.
