beko wm71275 ?

will not drain or spin have cleaned the filter but start light is still flashing do i have to reset it if so how do i do that

remove the filter and then shine a torch in to the filter housing and make sure there isn't anything jammed in the drain pump impeller.rotate impeller with a screwdriver to make sure it flicks round.press the start button for 5 sec to reset machine
