Mend Toyota KS901 Turn Years Left

I can't turn the dial to Tuck?

My wife has a Toyota KS901 but hasn't used it for some years. She has decided to have a go again but can't turn the dial to the left past 'Plain' to 'Tuck'.

It worked fine before so what are we missing? Do we have to press another button before it will move?

Any help would be much appreciated
