My Electrolux ESL6115 has stopped working- please help?

I've left it switched off for 15 mins & tried again but it seems to have locked up. The dishwasher just has the quick wash (65 degree) symbol lit. The only way I can get the lights to change is if I turn it on with the program select button pressed for 5 seconds, this seems to put it into a diagnostics mode but I don't know the codes.
Can anybody help?
This is about 3 years old & previously when this has happened I have just switched it off at the mains for a while & it's ok again but it hasn't done this for a long time.
Any help would be appreciated.
