Mend Sentrol ST6000 Security System Alarm Zone

alarm not resetting after entering when i have omited a zone?

when I have set the alarm having omitted a zone, when I come back I I enter my code and press reset but the alarm still activates am I doing the right thing on rentry its a st6000
