how can i turn off the 'clear filter ' light on my hoover tumble dryer?

Jonny i had the same problem on my tv630001,
THANKS and THANKS to this web site i saved myself £60-£80
on getting it fixed.I went to my local Maplen store took in my Element showed them the Thermo(microtemp) the one on the dryer is a 216c the one i bought was a 229c which will work fine and costs 50p yes 50p.I came home sniped the old one off and opened the clamps on the wire(with a small screwdriver)put the new one in good as new,well as good as.
so unscrew the plate on the back,part the colour coded wires,look how the element comes off with the wire mesh and away you go.

on some of the models there is a reset button on the back of the machinine,also check the outlet tunnel and flexi pipe/mains off while u check ross
