Mend BT Studio 3100 Set Not Ringing

Hand set not ringing?

I have two bt studio 3100 phones the one on the main base ok, the other one works, but does not ring? Thanks

BT BT Studio 3100 Telephones, Cordless Phones Set Not Ringing

Can you make and answer calls on it? That checks it is talking to the base station OK
Has it been set to silent mode? Check the manual
