I've just brought a second hand bt freestyle 3200 and it's not ringing or receiving calls I only have one handset should I have had 2 handsets to work ?
Is the phone line plugged in? If you can plug a phone line in you have the right base unit. (It is still possible you don't have the right handset for that base unit.) If you can't plug the base unit into the wall socket (power and phone sockets, two cables) then you have the extender handset not the main one. You need a main one.
