How can I fix my concept 6 intruder alarm?

Our home intuder alarm has just stopped working. When we put our security number in nothing happened. We turned the power off and back on and this set the alarm ringing, but when attempting to put in security number this had no effect and did not stop the alarm. The only way I have been able to stop the alarm from ringing was to remove the fuse from the fuse box next to the control panel.

Does anyone know how to re-set the alarm?

just new door. all i did was fit the peice with the magnet on the door.and when leaving entering code light will not go out

depending on the age of the panel it might not have an NVM chip (non volatile memory) which means it defaults back to factory settings if power is removed completely.

Try 0123 or 1234 as the user code.

You might want to replace the backup battery as this sounds as if it is dead usually it uses 12volt 2.1 amp type - good luck
