Mend Hinari Heating Properly Temperature

Hinari steam press not heating up properly ?

I have a hinari steam press and all the lights come on except the last one to tell you the right temperature has been reached and the steam works. Also. Its only wqrm to touch! Help im lost. Without it!!!!!
