Once you have bought the thermistor evap. How do you replace old for new??

Replaced my sister`s two months ago her mistral was about 8 yrs
old. remove the panels at the back of the freezer you will then see
the thermistor housing top right of freezer, easy to remove just a
plug housing, the sensor lead is kept secure with a small cable tie,
if i can do it anyone can.
