Reillo oil burner RDB1 50/70 problem?

Can anyone help. I have just moved my oil tank as the new house I brought had the tank 6" from the house. All went well and have pumped the oil back into the tank. Had an earth fault with old grundfos pump so replaced this! All plumbed well and works to pump water as can see shaft spinning when I take out the stainless plate in centre of pump -UPS 15 50.I thought this was all going well but the Reilo burner won't fire do anything at all. Have tried the bleed process and get a good stream of rich oil from the bleed port. No bubbles or air, but there is nothing, no clicking, no firing etc! My plumber when he left had the live and neutral the wrong way round when I put the power back on after Changing the grundfos pump as I expected justbto fire up! Once I noticed after 5 mins, I killed the power and changed the live and neutral, brown and blue to correct connections. Now there is nothing, the red light is on one of the rocker switches though!
Cal anyone shed any light please as my meal brain can't solve this one, thanks in advance
