Rinse light flashing on Dishlex Global 300?

I have a dishlex global 300 about 8 years old. When I start it you can hear the pump working but it sounds like there is no water getting to it. I have checked all the hoses for blockages. The pumps seem clean, the inlet valve Tested and seems fine. I checked to see if power going to inlet valve and couldn't get a reading. Pressure switch is next thought. Not sure really what to do next? Help
