Mend Dimplex QM150 Heater Side Front

How to get to the thermostat on a dimplex Quantum Qm150 heater?

I have removed the side panels and the front panel but don't see the thermostat.

Have all these fitted in 2017 and ALL heaters are not heating at all. Checked all avenues as to why from programmes to switches and am baffled as to why they should ALL now not heat up over night. Please are you able to help and thank you

Why would you want to find the thermostat? It is actually a thermister connected to the pcb.Quantum heaters should only be repaired by someone conversant in the technology.what is the problem?
