how do i fix my heater matrix for a vauxhall zafira?

check water level in rad if not going down your problem is not the heater matrix .

check windscreen rubber,
check across the windscreen front scuttle for drainage blockage,
check for failed rubber grommets on the front bulkhead where the wiring loom passes back into car,
