Mend Becko WDR7543121B Reset Board Machine

Becko WDR7543121B how to reset the board?

Hello,
Ive spoken to becko and they reconmended unplugging the machine for 2 hours and then pressing start and pause for 10 secs but it doesnt seam to be doing any thing at all. Is this the correct reset proceedure for this model or is there somthing i am missing?
