How can I reset the circuit board on Zanussi ZWF 12070 washing machine. ?
I have had my Zanussi ZWF 12070 washing machine for 16 months. When I switch it on the pump always comes on, stays on for a while then the machine just stops. I have been informed by an engineer that the circuit board is stuck and needs to be reset.
Can anyone inform me of the procedure to reset the circuit board.

Sorry to say the board doesn't need resetting.if it stops it is because there is a fault.When it stops does it flash the button?.if so how many flashes as this is the error code.Anything on the machine could cause this type of fault so it is hard to diagnose without doing a proper diagnostic test.common ones are heaters/motors and drain pumps
