my schott ceran induction hob dead?

Was frying egg on medium heat and it switched off. Can't get anything to work. Tried switching off at mains and back on half hour later NOTHING

What make (and model) is the hob? "Schott Ceran" is the maker of the glass top.

Sounds like a power supply problem. I fits within warranty try to get a repair/replacement under guarantee
