Mend De Dietrich Hob Working Power

my de dietrich induction hob is not working?

I had a new power card and pcb filter card fitted after one side of my de dietrich hob would not work. On getting the hob back I found that it would only go up the heat range to 5 then lock off the only way I could increase the tempture or swich it off was to remove the pan from the element. could you please advise me on what the fault could be
