Is the isolator/pull switch lit,quite often the switch is faulty,if the light is on the switch press start button to see if switch light goes out if it does then invariably it is the switch

No power light suggests no power - there will be a circuit breaker that supplies the electricity - it may have tripped.

It's possible that a fault in the shower itself caused the breaker to trip but I only guess.

You may need to call in a specialist.
