Mend creda 5005 Appliances Hot Water

creda expressions 5005?

I have fitted a creda expressions 5005 (10.5W) but cannot get a decent hot water flow....on medium selection and setting No9 it is just warm. on Hot selection the overheat light comes on (full mains water pressure)
There are no restrictions and is a brand new fit.
what can be wrong?

hi purchased a creda expressions 5005 on the 22nd march 2013 , from amazon, it has packed up. the over heat button stays on , and the water is cold . from Julie
