Mend Karcher Mins Hot Working

Karcher Steam cleaner no steam or very very slight?

Heats up (7-8 mins) feels hot, so working. Full tank of water but no steam comes out...but very very faint steam.
Hose pipe all clear.
pump/solenoid valve/thermostat
Which part needs to be replaced?
