Mend Acoustic Solutions Dvd Player Open Close

DVD tray will not open?

I have an acoustic solutions DVD player and when I try to open the tray to insert a DVD it show open on the tv screen followed by close and then it shows tray error, but nothing happens except the sound of it trying to open. Can you please help?

see if there is a small pin hole just under the tray door, if so stick a paper clip or pin into it, and the door should pop open,
