Hi Allison.

You will have to clear the NVM.
there are 2 way to do this, the simpler of the 2 is.
1 /Remove mains power supplyand remove the controll panel cover. This should create an alarm condition.
2/ disconect the battery. the scb should again activate the external sounder.
3/ reconect the battery, refit the cover and reconnect the mains power supply.
4/ the system should now be in day mode and the factory settings should apply.
Reset your code.
