Where can I get a circuit board for a P Pro drill?

..... My Performance Power Pro Dremel-type drill has failed. The fuse and cable are O.K. The motor windings test O.K. The problem must be in the speed control circuit board components. Where could I get a replacement, or a circuit diagram with the electrical component specifications on it?
