Mend Kelvinator 605 Machine Checked Fuse

kelvinator 605 washing machine wont power on at all?

I've checked the fuse on the circuit board its fine and I've got a multimeter if that helps. There are no lights showing and there is power going to the machine. It was made in 2008.

Use the multimeter to check continuity from the pin where the lead from the power on switch connects and the edge of the fuse closest to the PCB edge. If open circuit take the board out. Look underneath the fuse section. You will probably find cracked or burnt soldered joints. Clean them up & resolder the joint.
