Vokera 16e pcb?

I am hoping someone could help with vokera mynute 16e, it's not working, no ignition or fan starting.

I followed manual initial electrical checks to fix ignition problems. The boiler will not reset.

1- Ensure system pressure is 0.5 bar or above(done)

2- Carry out routine electrical checks (see below)

3- Disconnect external controls from appliance and insert link-wire between terminals 1 & 2 (done)

4- Fit ‘jumper’ to JP1 to cancel timer delay if necessary (not done)

5-Turn boiler thermostat to maximum(done)

6- Reset boiler mode switch if required(does not do anything)




Initial electrical check

1- 230v L&N of terminal strip? (Done => ok)

2- 230v J2. 7&1? (Done => ok)

3- 230v J2 6&1 (Done => ok)

4- 230v J2 5&1 (Done => NO 230V)

solution: check external controls or link between 1&2 terminal strip.

1- link between 1&2 terminal strip (Done => ok)


the cables that go to the pcb 1&5 show to 230v on the terminal strip, but nothing on the pcb.


Any ideas what the problem could be? I suspect the pcb needs changing but it's quite expensive.
