Wolf - pay attention - you do not need to dismantle anything.

Fridges create ice - modern fridges have for several years now enjoyed an automatic defrost feature - there's a cooling panel at the back of the fridge - now and again a heater melts the ice on it.

The melt water drains down the back wall into channels (gutters) and out through a small hole - your hole will be blocked and the water can not drain away.

Clean out the blocked drain hole - use a piece of wire.
