Mend Fisher & Paykel E521T Fridge Leak Leaking

Fisher & Paykel E521t fridge water leak?

Water is leaking from the inside roof of F & P fridge.
I've taken out back panel and melted ice in drain at top of blue pipe with hairdryer (careful) but it builds up again in days. Have tried raising temp to no avail.
