How can I fix my radio on a Seat ibiza 2001?

My radio won't even turn on when the car is running and the a/c doesn't even work cause the radio doesn't work I've tried to take the fuse out the back of the radio ad replace it with the cigarette lighter fuse but still nothing if you have any ideas on what I can do all your help will be appreciated
