Mend Elegance KYD-25 Warm Air Cold

Fixing Elegance KYD-25 Mobile airconditioner?

The Elegance KYD-25 is not blowing warm air out of back but also semi cold air. What can be wrong?
Where can I get the aircon fixed. The problem mentioned plus new pip[e at back plu fins for front?
