how do i fix wipers?

peugeot 206 53 plate wipers wont work changed the stork checked the fuses still wont work

On my old Golf the wipers stopped working because the 3 mounting bolts for the drive motor worked loose and the linkage jammed up - you might look to the wiper motor and its linkage.

But that's just a random guess...
